Return Policy for The Edge Stores

At The Edge Stores, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If you receive a damaged product, we accept exchanges under the following terms:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
    • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for exchange.

  1. Procedure for Exchanges:

    • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and photographic evidence, if possible.
    • Our team will assess the request and guide you through the exchange process.

  1. Warranty Information:
    • Brand new Apple devices come with a one-year full Apple warranty. Any issues within this period can be addressed through Apple’s warranty services.
    • Pre-loved devices purchased from The Edge Stores include a 6-month warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

  1. Refunds:
    • We do not offer refunds for damaged products. Exchanges or warranty claims are the preferred methods for addressing issues.

  1. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival

  1. Additional Notes:
    • The Edge Stores reserves the right to reject exchanges if the product does not meet the specified criteria.
    • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by the customer.
