Shipment Processing Times

All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days via The Courier Guy. Please allow up to 5 working days for outlying areas. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will be in contact with you via WhatsApp or telephone. Unfortunately deliveries are not done over weekends and public holidays.

Products damaged on delivery

• AShould a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify The Apple Merchant within 7 days of such delivery via our WhatsApp or email.
• Once we have received and inspected the product, we will at your choice replace the missing accessories/product as soon as possible or refund you.

Same Day Delivery

Johannesburg & Pretoria orders placed BEFORE 10am on a business day will be delivered the same day. Johannesburg & Pretoria orders placed AFTER 10am on a business day will be delivered the next business day. Shipment Fees Free nationwide delivery for all orders over R500.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Edge Store™. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can return an unwanted product to The Edge Store™, provided:

• It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
• It is not missing any accessories or parts.
• You return the product to The Edge Store™ together with the invoice emailed within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product.
• For all returns, refunds, and exchanges, a collection fee of R150 will be charged.
• Once we have inspected the returned product and validated your return, we will credit your credit card with the purchase price of the product within 10-14 working days of the return being received.
• You may also elect to exchange a returned product for another product (the “Exchange Product”) that is of the same value as the returned product. If the price of the returned product is less than that of the exchange product, you will be liable to pay the cash difference between the two products. If the price of the returned product is more than that of the exchange product, The Edge Store™ will refund the balance to your credit card used on the original invoice.
• A 20% handling fee will be charged on opened/used purchases. The Edge Store™ will process the refund within 10-14 working days after the returned product is received.
• All returned products are subject to inspection by The Edge Store™ prior to a refund or an exchange.
• If you want The Edge Store™ to collect the returned product from you, please make sure to contact us. We may charge a fee of R150 to facilitate the collection of the returned product.

Warranty

• All brand-new Apple devices come with a full one-year warranty from the purchase date.
• All pre-owned devices are covered by a 6 month in-store warranty, brand new devices are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
• If any device is found to be tampered with, warranty will be void. Liquid damage, cracked screens or visible signs of unit been dropped or damaged are not covered by the warranty. All devices returned will be sent for a full evaluation before a refund or exchanged is processed.
• Warranty covers mechanical or electrical manufacturing faults on the device which occurs within a 6 month period from the date of purchase. Should your device comply with the warranty terms & conditions, your device will be repaired under warranty.
